Control Engineer
Engineer for complex control systems integration conversant in BMS, GRMS, Lighting Control, Home Automation, Disabled Toilet & software applications. Perform on-site commissioning of the system and produce engineering documents required for the project. .
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site commissioning and testing of BMS, GRMS, Lighting Control, Home Automation, Disabled Toilet and other control system.;
- Ensure that the system is functioning based on the project requirements or government compliance.;
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve any technical problems on-site during commissioning;
- Conduct system functional inspection with the Project Manager or Project Engineer for system functional inspection if needed;
- Records all configurations done with the system to ensure proper tracking of project assets or equipment and any modifications;
- Verify installations on site are proper before starting the commissioning of the system;
- Provide Engineering support for the project by producing engineering documents;
- Review engineering documents for the system if done by others;
- Manage post-sales support issues with clients, maintaining client confidentiality;
- Manage relationships with multiple industry vendors and equipment providers at all levels;
- Responsible for developing and maintaining written procedures related to all areas of responsibility for the position.Assist on pre-sales if required by the management
Qualifications:
- BS from an accredited university in Electrical or Mechanical or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in multiple areas of control system including Engineering and Commissioning.
- Certifications on any control system are required.
- Knowledge of control protocol and standards, including Bacnet, Modbus, KNX, DALI is a must. A certification will be advantageous.
- Knowledge in Niagra is a must.Knowledge of networking and structured cabling is a plus

Physical Security Engineer
Engineer for complex security systems integration conversant in security systems for CCTV, Video Management systems, Intercom, Master clock, Intrusion, and Access Control, & software applications. Perform on-site commissioning of the system and produce engineering documents required for the project.

AV Engineer
The AV Engineer provides professional solutions and value-added audio-visual systems to clients, involving all AV subsystems and technology. Engineer to design, install, test and maintain AV systems/projects per customer requirements. Directs the team and coordinates with the Technical/Project Manager to plan for the activities of the technical team. He is also responsible for the technical training of the clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create professional solutions proposals per Client audio-visual request requirements, including all aspects of AV systems, including the boardroom, auditorium, and any enterprise functional area to be serviced by a network
- Manage Client Communications during design process, maintaining confidentiality
- Make client site visits as required for design requests
- Manage technical meetings regarding potential projects
- Coordinate audio-visual projects, including public address systems, projection units and displays, video walls, control systems, telepresence, tele- and videoconferencing, VA/PA systems, SMATV, home automation and Boardroom solutions, as well as IPTV (as system perspective), basic networking, AV integration and control programming (Creston or AMX).
- Design complete audio-visual systems including cabling, equipment and technical systems, testing as needed
- Coordinate audio-visual projects during presales, Implementation and Post-sales support
- Manage communications with engineers and sales on solutions provided and expectation set with clients
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during installations
- Maintains excellent vendor relationships allowing for the best pricing and new technology referrals
- Supports implementation team as Project Engineer as required,Supervises the development of written procedures for operations and maintenance of systems Configure and commission AV systems.
Qualifications:
- BS Engineering or Electronics Engineering or related fields
- 2-5 years work experience within a similar position/li>
- Certificate in Infocom CTS-D and Creston or Extron or AMX Certificate and or other Video Conferencing certificate or equivalent experience,Hands-on experience is design or engineering and commissioning
